A member of our team will call you to book in a viewing.
We will arrange a viewing to check the condition and size of your property. We will then offer you a guaranteed rental price. If you’re happy with the price ➔
2. After viewing the property we will give you our rental valuation.
If happy with rental price, we will go through references & sign the contract.
We will agree all terms formally, then introduce you to the director of the company interested in leasing your property.
3. We collect the keys.
You sit back and collect rent every month. Guaranteed.
Once you’re happy with the company in place, and all terms are agreed. Contracts can be signed and you can now sit back and watch your rent roll in.. guaranteed.
We'll send over an agreement with the proposed terms for you to review.
